Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The process of renewing your real estate license in Florida is fairly simple and includes the following steps: 

01. Complete your Florida Real Estate CE Course.

The first step towards your Florida real estate license is completing the required state-approved Florida Continuing Education course. 

02. Complete your Florida real estate license renewal application.

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation website and update your course completion numbers.
